SteinExpo Show big success for turbo!

Well, we're all back from a couple exciting weeks in Europe! Turbo had a great showing with our German dealer, P.E.A.C. M&T Show Brazil & CTT Show Moscow

Turbo precleaner participated in a new show for us this month in Brazil, the M&T service parts expo. The focus was construction and mining, and we were very pleased by the high interest level shown in our product for the Brazilian marketplace. The economy in Sao Paulo is clearly on a roll, and we were visited by many people including end users, dealers and OEMS, all interested in finding out how turbo can help their machines and extend filter change intervals.

Earlier this summer we went to Russia to display and participate at CTT Expo in Moscow Russia.   Although the use of pre-cleaners is relatively new in this country, our products (turbo and starters) were met with much interest.   We had a lot of end-user inquiries and leads for our Russian/Asian dealer, Wesquip Filtration Far East.   USA Call Toll Free: 800-537-7444

Come see us at ConExpo! Upcoming turbo Filtration and Construction Trade Shows

We're back again March 22 - 26 at ConExpo in Las Vegas. If you or your colleagues are headed that way, make sure to come visit us. We'll be in the South Hall, second floor, booth #S-14545. We'll be showing our popular series of Precleaners, turbo II and turbo III, as well as showing some new things. 

We've got a new transition piece we are offering for retrofit of Donaldson STG, whereby you simply replace the precleaner section on the STG with one or two turbo Precleaners. Less maintenance, better performance, especially in high dust areas.

We will also have starter personnel on hand to talk about these products as well as our OEM-developed DCM air movement products.

Next we'll be at SMOPYC 5-9 April, Zaragoza Spain, stand C-D/27-36 We will be with our new Spanish Distributor, Filtros Cartres.

31 May - 4 June we'll be in Moscow, at ConExpo Russia, in booth 3-2412. We're taking Russia by storm, showing them how turbo can save them money, and improve the performance of equipment in their tough operating conditions

Later this Fall we will be at Steinexpo, 31 May to 3 September, in Marburg Germany. Our dealer P.E.A.C. will be there in the coolest format - an actual operating outdoor quarry! All the exhibitors are outdoors, what a perfect place to see turbo doing it's job on crushers, loaders and dumpers in the quarry environment.

Tier IV Air Filtration/ pre-separation concerns

A lot of OEM's are expressing concerns about tier IV and it implications for use of aftermarket installed products, like turbo Precleaners. As far as we've been able to determine, there will be little change in the air intake schemes for these engines. A few of the Engine OE's will try to force their customers to use particular air cleaners, and also they will require the use of their tested and approved DPF system, but this is expected and doesn't really change the basics.

If you are operating in a high dust environment and you want to extend time between filter changes, we believe we have the products for you. There simply is no better pre cleaner solution, and that includes integrated devices and other externally mounted units. Our design ensure lowest possible restriction when sized properly, and highest efficiency for removal of dust. Thereafter the air filter sees only a small amount of finest particles, which dry element paper filters are very good at. With turbo you don't need expensive dust scavenging systems tied to your exhaust or DPF system which add back pressure. Our unit does it all, without ever needing servicing. We even have a unit that works under hood, the Flex-n-line, which comes in two sizes and is perfect for tele handlers, skid steers and other machines where space is tight and dust is high

So regarding tier IV, relax, and let turbo help your machine operate at it's best potential, saving you money and maintenance downtime and hassle. We won't affect your engine's performance or it's certification potential. A turbo will extend it's life - and thats a good thing
