A lot of OEM's are expressing concerns about tier IV and it implications for use of aftermarket installed products, like turbo Precleaners. As far as we've been able to determine, there will be little change in the air intake schemes for these engines. A few of the Engine OE's will try to force their customers to use particular air cleaners, and also they will require the use of their tested and approved DPF system, but this is expected and doesn't really change the basics.
If you are operating in a high dust environment and you want to extend time between filter changes, we believe we have the products for you. Thereafter the air filter sees only a small amount of finest particles, which dry element paper filters are very good at. So regarding tier IV, relax, and let turbo help your machine operate at it's best potential, saving you money and maintenance downtime and hassle. We won't affect your engine's performance or it's certification potential. A turbo will extend it's life - and thats a good thing
